These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of talladegaplumbing.com (the “Site”) and to plumbing services provided by Talladega County Plumbing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides general information about our plumbing services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false, misleading, or spam information through our forms.

We offer emergency service, but response times depend on demand, location, and conditions and are not guaranteed. In any situation involving a gas leak, fire, or immediate danger to people, leave the area and call 911 or your utility provider first.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the work is completed. Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements will be explained before work begins. Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs as permitted by law.
Any warranty on our workmanship will be stated on your invoice or in a written agreement. Parts and equipment are covered only by their manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, accidents, alterations or repairs by others, or conditions outside our control. Except as expressly stated in writing, the Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talladega County Plumbing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability for services performed is governed by your invoice or written agreement and applicable Alabama law.
You agree to hold harmless Talladega County Plumbing and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
